And unfortunately, this will put a bad stain on charter schools when this has nothing to do with charter schools, but everything to do with an incompetent DOE.  Who just gives 2 million dollars to somebody they don't know?  Oh, yeah, that's right, DOE does! smh

The right to do this is becoming ever squeezed and truncated to the point where the local government is telling us what to do instead of the other way around, the way it should be, us telling them what to do.
