These "standards" are based on a very idiotic age based education.  Why do we group kids based on age?  Why not based on ability and development?

And unfortunately, this will put a bad stain on charter schools when this has nothing to do with charter schools, but everything to do with an incompetent DOE.  Who just gives 2 million dollars to somebody they don't know?  Oh, yeah, that's right, DOE does! smh
